Disrespect of the Indian National Flag can openly been seen in Rajouri Poonch and Others district’s Even no one can tear it,no one can insult it, no one can rope it or tie with dusting state. It must be respected according to the Indian Constitution. One team should be constituted who watch the matter and notice where there is tear or dusty flag found should replace them with new one. Where there is any flag is seen down should up high in a proper way so the dignity of the National flag never hurt down at any cost. Now, we Indian should know its history, designation and Laid respecting rules. The Pride for Indian Nation is every thing of their country like, Indian Army, Navy and Airforce. The National Tree of the country, the National Bird of the country. The Nuclear Weapons, Saviers, Scientists,Politicians, Constitution, Country and in netshell every thing which is belonged to the Soil of the Country. But the Flag or Tricolour of India is up in all. It ishorizontally striped deep saffron (muted orange)–white–green national flag with a 24-spoked blue chakra (wheel) in the centre. The flag’s width-to-length ratio is 2 to 3.For decades the All-India Congress under the leadership of Mohandas K. Gandhi struggled to rally the millions of British-ruled peoples in the Indian subcontinent. Like similar movements in other countries, it early felt the need for a distinctive symbol that could represent its nationalist objectives. In 1921 a University Lecturer named Pingali (or Pinglay) Venkayya presented a flag design to Gandhi that consisted of the colours associated with the two principal religions, red for the Hindus and green for the Muslims. To the centre of the horizontally divided flag, Lala Hans Raj Sondhi suggested the addition of the traditional spinning wheel, which was associated with Gandhi’s crusade to make Indians self-reliant by fabricating their own clothing from local fibres.Gandhi modified the flag by adding a white stripe in the centre for the other religious communities in India, thus also providing a clearly visible background for the spinning wheel. In May 1923 at Nagpur, during peaceful protests against British rule, the flag was carried by thousands of people, hundreds of whom were arrested. The Congress flag came to be associated with nationhood for India, and it was officially recognized at the annual meeting of the party in August 1931. At the same time, the current arrangement of stripes and the use of deep saffron instead of red were approved. To avoid the sectarian associations of the original proposal, new attributions were associated with the saffron, white, and green stripes. They were said to stand for, respectively, courage and sacrifice, peace and truth, and faith and chivalry. During World War II Subhas Chandra Bose used this flag (without the spinning wheel) in territories his Japanese-aided army had captured. After the war Britain agreed to consider freedom for India, although the country was divided and a Muslim-dominated Pakistan was given separate statehood. On July 22, 1947, the Indian national flag was officially hoisted. Its stripes remained the same saffron-white-green, but the spinning wheel was replaced by a blue chakra—the Dharma Chakra (“Wheel of the Law”). The Dharma Chakra, which was associated with the emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century BCE, appeared on pillars erected throughout the Mauryan empire during the first serious attempt to unite all of India under a single government. The 1947 flag continues to be used by India, although special versions have been developed for ships registered in the country. Flag has its special importance. It collected the nation under its pole. Its pole stand always up. Country existence came after the collective efforts of its nation. The can symbolize with its flag around the globe. The Indian flag has a unique identification in the World. As for the respect of it all the nation even a single nationallist can sacrifice for his or her flag but he never been compromised over the dignity of the national flag. Constitution of India says that Flag is all up in high and must be saluted. If any single case be come to the notice where the national flag was insulted or un-saluted then the Law maintaining forces must be taken an action agaist the matter at first. It must be not torn or crusted or dusted. The sequence of it must be maintained. Never half roped or down it. What a good saying by Mahatma Gandi Ji ,the Freedom Fighter, “Country is like body, Nation is like Head while Flag is like Head-Cap.” For a nation country is must, then the Flag and obeying of the Constitution. But now a days, it is very unfortunate that the flag of our beautiful country can easily been noticed that after its unfurled it often went off the eyes, it must be protected like our impotant property because there is flag ,we the nation is alive but where there is no flag the nation is being under headed. Disrespect of the Indian Tricolour or the Flag can openly been seen in all over the area but some sensitive places might be created pain like, Border district likes Rajouri , Poonch and Others district’s
