2 teachers, 14 students of seminary hospitalized after ‘food poisoning’ in Poonch

Poonch, Jan 7 (GNS): Two teachers and 14 students of a Madrassa (seminary) were hospitalized after they had dinner at a house in Poonch district on Tuesday, officials said.

They said that at about 20:15 hours, information was received two teachers and 14 students of a Madrasa located in Narol Mendhar showed symptoms of food poisoning after having the dinner at the residence of a local resident in Banola village.

The teachers and the students were later shifted to SDH Mendhar. “All of them are stable and are under treatment at SDH Mendhar,” the officials told GNS. (GNS)
