GANDERBAL POLICE SEIZES 07 TIPPERS INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL EXTRACTION/ TRANSPORTATION OF MINERALS.

In continuation of its ongoing drive against illegal mining, Ganderbal Police seized 07 Tippers involved in the illegal extraction/transportation of minerals.

The tippers were seized in various PS areas of the district including Lar, Kheerbawani and in PP Nagbal. This proactive approach to curb illegal mining has been actively taken up by district Police Ganderbal along with the Geology and Mining Department thereby ensuring the individuals involved in such illegal activities are legally prosecuted. These seizures highlight the commitment of Ganderbal Police towards acting tough against these violators.

Community members are requested to come forward with any information regarding illegal mining activities in their neighbourhood. Ganderbal Police assures complete anonymity and strict action against the violators as per law.
