Srinagar : Indian Army’s Digital Outreach is making a big difference to flourish the talents of the people empowering especially the LoC Villages which are situated forward or surroundings. Stepping a head the Gambir Battalion under the Aegis of Bimber Gali (BG) Brigade ever committed to safeguarding one side the nation’s borders and other the nation, has smartly been extended its complete reach beyond the Military Operations (MO) to foster Socio-Economic development in the remote and often neglected villages of Rajouri- Poonch districts along the Line of Control (LoC). One such the great initiative is the organization of the Computer Training (CT) Workshops, aiming to equip the youth of these border districts with all and important and essential digital skills. Here is the example of such scheme a total of 30 students, both boys and girls got benefitted from a month long Computer Training Working at Skill Development Centre, Gambhir. In today’s increasingly Digital World (DW), Computer literacy has become a fundamental skill. No doubt, It empowers by individuals to access information, connect with the Global Community (GC), and explore many new and fresh opportunities. For the youth residing in the remote villages of Rajouri-Poonch along LoC, these skills are particularly crucial as they can or can get the traing but with the army specialist the learners are done so smoothly as well as easily.

By investing in the digital future of the youth in remote villages along LoC, the Indian Army is not only strengthening the nation’s security but also empowering a generation to thrive in the 21st century and so on.
