RED DROP Organizes Successful Blood Donation Camp at Kawa Institute Khanyar Srinagar,

Kashmir – December 25, 2024: RED DROP, a unit of blood donors under the aegis of KASHMIR CONCERN (Regd NGO), organized a blood donation camp at Kawa Institute Khanyar in collaboration with Blood Bank SMHS Hospital.The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from donors across the valley, despite the chilly Kalan weather. Honourable MLA Hazratbal, Jinab Salman Ali Sagar, donated blood and inspired many youth with his gesture.Chairman RED DROP, Dr. Touseef Ahmed, expressed his gratitude to the donors, saying, “Despite the harsh weather conditions, our donors showed remarkable enthusiasm and commitment to the noble cause. We are thankful to each and every one of them for their selfless act.”Other dignitaries present at the event included Manzoor Wangnoo, a renowned environmentalist, alongside HoD Community Medicine De Mohammad Saleem Khan. President RED DROP, Shabir Hussain Khan (Blood Man of Kashmir), and Ms. Bilques Ara (Blood Woman of Kashmir) also addressed the media.The blood donation camp is part of RED DROP’s ongoing efforts to promote voluntary blood donation and address the shortage of blood in Kashmir. The organization has been working tirelessly to create awareness about the importance of blood donation and encourage people to come forward and donate.
