Sheikh Rouf Appointed as New AAP Chief for District Anantnag

Anantnag, Aug 29: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President and MLA Doda Mr. Mehraj Malik has restructured the party’s working committee for District Anantnag.

As part of the new structure, Mr. Sheikh Rouf has been appointed as the new District President (Chief) for Anantnag. Alongside him, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Ganie has been appointed Working President, Mr. Firdous Ahmad Lone as General Secretary (Organization), Mr. Mohsin Shafkat Mir as Senior Secretary, and Mr. Showkat Ahmad as Secretary.

After assuming the new role, Mr. Sheikh Rouf expressed gratitude to State President Mr. Mehraj Malik for reposing faith in his leadership. He also thanked the people of Anantnag for their continuous trust and support.

“The party has shown strong trust in me, and I will work tirelessly for the welfare of the people and to strengthen AAP at the grassroots level,” said Rouf.

The Aam Aadmi Party leadership expressed confidence that the restructured committee will further strengthen the party’s presence in Anantnag and contribute effectively to public welfare.
