🔥 Massive Fire Erupts in Shirpora Bala, Anantnag; Three Residential Houses Damaged

Anantnag, July 20 (TKD):
A massive fire broke out on Sunday in the Shirpora Bala locality of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, damaging at least three residential houses, officials confirmed.

The sudden blaze triggered panic in the densely populated area, but thanks to the swift and coordinated response by emergency services, the fire was brought under control before it could spread further.

Anantnag Police, led by SHO Anantnag Majeed Khan, DO Janglat Mandi Ashiq Amin, DO Sharbagh Sajad Ahmad, and CT Owais Ahmad, played a crucial role on the ground, working shoulder-to-shoulder with personnel from the Fire & Emergency Services and local residents.

Their joint efforts helped avert a larger disaster, ensuring the safety of nearby households and structures.

The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation. Fortunately, no casualties or injuries have been reported so far.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated necessary legal proceedings.
