Woman Dies of Electrocution at Home in Gadiseer, Bijbehara

Bijbehara, Sept 24 : A 42-year-old woman lost her life after suffering electrocution at her residence in Arum Gund, Gadiseer, Bijbehara on Wednesday.

An official told news agency JKNS, the deceased has been identified as Dilshada Banoo, wife of Mushtaq Ahmad Telli, a housewife by profession.

She was immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Bijbehara for treatment, where doctors declared her brought dead. The body is currently lying at SDH Bijbehara for completion of medico-legal formalities, official said.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation is underway.
