Online fraud exposed, Police Post Sarwal,Jammu recovered ₹ 2.6 lakhs hard earned money in different online fraud cases.

Jammu, Nov 18: Acting proactively, the team of Police Post Sarwal has achieved a major success by recovery of ₹2.60 lakhs after receiving cyber crime complaints from victims.

Mentionable that some aggrieved persons reached out to Police Post Sarwal with their grievance of being victim of online scam by online scamsters. Following which the team of Police Post Sarwal under the supervision of SDPO City West Jammu & SHO P/S Bakshi Nagar started its investigation.

Notably the diligent investigative efforts of Police Post Sarwal in coordination with financial institutions resulted in making the recovery of defrauded money.

Local public and all the near and dears of the victims have appreciated the prompt and swift action of the police as these online fraudsters sshow no mercy to loot the hard earned money even of senior citizens who are not tach savvy. Police is duty bound to protect the rights and property of innocents citizens from these fraudsters and keep educating local public not to fall pray to any lucrative and attractive offers which are mainly the traps of these criminals.

Jammu police is also working over other frauds conducted by these criminals.
