LOC Club and Youth Cricket Club Emerge Victorious

Krishna Ghati Premier League – Match No. 6
Youth Cricket Club vs Star Viper Youth Cricket Club won the toss and elected to field. Star Viper posted a total of 101 runs in the allotted 15 overs. Top scorers were Hammad Mir with 21 runs and Gagan Deep Victor with 24 runs. Khaliq Jatt Kashif Raza and Waheed Ahmed each took two wickets.

In reply Youth Cricket Club chased down the target in 14.3 overs losing 7 wickets and won the match by 3 wickets. Waheed Ahmed remained unbeaten with 38 runs making him the top scorer while Sunny took 3 wickets for 16 runs for Star Viper. Waheed Ahmed was declared the Man of the Match.

Match No. 7
LOC Club vs Kanuyian Cricket Club
LOC Club won the toss and elected to bat first putting up a mammoth total of 181/5 in the allotted 15 overs. Nasir Khan scored a brilliant 73 runs, while JD contributed 66 runs. Gagan took 2 wickets for Kanuyian Cricket Club.

In reply Kanuyian Cricket Club managed 104/7 in their 15 overs. Zahid Mayer scored 35 runs while Pankaj Sharma and Piyush Likhi took 2 wickets each. LOC Club won by a comprehensive margin of 77 runs. Nasir Khan was adjudged Player of the Match.

The Chief Guest for the first match was Honorary Captain Pritam Singh (Shourya Chakra) while for the second match it was Social worker Aman Dabour.

This tournament is organized by the Krishna Ghati Brigade and supervised by Nangi Tekri Batallion. The overall technical supervisor is Pervaiz Malik Afridi.
