J&K Bank’s mPay App Faces Downtime, Customers Demand Urgent Resolution

Srinagar, Feb 02 (PP): J&K Bank customers have been facing inconvenience as the bank’s mobile banking application, mPay remains inaccessible, causing disruption to users. Frustrated users have taken to social media and other platforms, urging the bank to restore services at the earliest.

Many customers have reported difficulties in making transactions, checking balances, and accessing essential banking services. The sudden outage has caused disruption, particularly for those relying on digital payments for business and personal needs.

“I needed to make an urgent payment, but the app isn’t working. This is highly frustrating,” a disgruntled user told Prism Post (PP). Another customer expressed concern, stating, “J&K Bank should ensure uninterrupted digital banking services. We rely on this app for daily transactions.”

As of now, J&K Bank has not issued an official statement regarding the cause of the downtime or an estimated time for resolution. Customers have called on the bank to address the issue swiftly and ensure the stability of the digital banking platform.
