INC Appoints Senior Leader Tariq Hamid Karra As Party President in J&K, 2 Others As Working Presidents

Srinagar: Hours into announcement of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Indian National Congress Friday appointed senior leader Tariq Hamid Karra as party President in Jammu and Kashmir.
