Wussan Battalion Organizes Cricket Tournament in Chattergul Kangan

In a bid to foster peace and promote community engagement, the Wussan Battalion of the Indian Army is organizing a cricket tournament for locals in Chattergul, Kangan. The event, which saw enthusiastic participation from multiple teams across the region.

Held at Chattergul , the tournament drew teams from neighboring villages, with young cricketers displaying both skill and passion on the field.

The tournament is quite popular among the youth and kids thus causing a large turnout of spectators, including villagers and local officials .The event provided a healthy outlet for young men to express their talents, channel their energy into something positive, and stay connected with their communities.

By offering such platforms, the Army aims to divert attention from negative influences and provide local youth with opportunities for growth.
