Case Titled as Mohammad Ashraf Wani S/o Habibullah Wani R/o Parraypora, Majeed Bagh Srinagar Vs Mushtaq Ahmad Kak S/o Ghulam Mohammad Kak R/o Kantparistan Safakadal Srinagar
The Complainant and his Counsel Namely Khudisfandyar contested the cheque bounce case amounting Rs.9 lakh from the year 2019 till today when Judgement dates 14.03.2026 was passed.

Accordingly the accused Namely Mushtaq Ahmad Kak was Convicted for Offences Under Section 138 NI act and send to simple Imprisonment for a Period of One Year with fine of 18 lakhs @18% Interest

The Complainant was represented by Counsel Advocate Khudisfandyar and Associates.
