Terrorists Target Army Post in Poonch with Grenades; No Casualties Reported

Jammu, Dec 04 (TKD): Terrorists launched an early morning grenade attack on an Army post in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, officials reported.

The incident occurred in the Surankote area, where two grenades were lobbed at an Army post situated behind an Army camp. While one grenade exploded, causing no casualties, the second failed to detonate and was safely defused by security experts during the subsequent search operation.

Security forces have intensified their efforts to trace the attackers, with a search operation currently underway. The incident marks yet another attempt to disrupt peace in the region-(TKD)
