All the developmental and public welfare works done by the Indian Army in Topi Pir area of Tehsil Surankote in Bufliaz village are enviable as well as of historical importance. Among these developmental and public welfare works, road connectivity, water supply to every house, round-the-clock supply of electricity system, provision of educational institutions and health systems are in themselves outstanding and commendable examples in the region. The Indian Army facilitated all development works in the above mentioned area when they made road connectivity available. Because of the road, the facilities of Hand Pumps became available to the people of the area. Electric poles were screwed to the required places on the vehicles. The road also came in handy for this task. Water pipes were brought to every house, this time also the road connection worked. The beauty of the said area was further enhanced by the road. The road connectivity provided by the army has made life much easier for the residents of Topi Pir. The Indian Army has done every charm in the area by carrying out several development works in this area. It should be remembered that several development works of the Indian Army are still under construction. To tell the truth, the Indian Army has made “Mungal” in the “Jungle”.
