Bandipora, 6 Oct (KB): A police officer died after falling from a slab in S.K. Bala, located in the Bandipora district, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir Bulletin (KB) that a policeman died after falling from the slab of his house in SK Bala, Bandipora.
He said the officer was rushed to the nearest hospital; however, he was declared dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, he was later identified as Mohammad Sadiq Bhat, a retired police officer and a resident of SK Bala. Police have initiated an investigation.—(KB)
