Elderly man dies after branch of tree falls on his head in Bandipora’s Sumbal

,Bandipora,Aug 07 (KB):A man died after a branch of the tree he was cutting fell on his head in the Sumbal area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora, officials said.

An official told the Kashmir Bulletin (KB) that a man died after a branch of the tree he was cutting fell on his head here in Sumbal.

He added that the man was later identified as Jalalud Din Hurra (50), son of Ali Mohammed Hurra, a resident of Inderkote Sumbal. He was shifted to a nearby hospital, CHC Sumbal, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Moreover, the police have taken cognizance of the matter.
