Cabinet expansion likely in Jammu & Kashmir in Dec ; 2 Ministers from NC & 1 from Congress ; Portfolios of sitting Ministers likely to be divested

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is most likely to undertake cabinet expansion in Jammu and Kashmir in December month.

Sources told Cross Town News that “the cabinet expansion in Jammu and Kashmir is around the corner. It will be done soon and the vacant berths will be filled up.”

Sources told Cross Town News that three Berth of Ministers are vacant in Jammu and Kashmir , of which one berth is likely to be taken up by Congress in Jammu and Kashmir.

Sources said that either Tariq Karra or GA Mir to become Minister form Congress in Omar Abdullah led government and likely to get important Ministeries , where potfolios can even be divested from sitting Ministers.

One Name from National Conference will cleraed from Srinagar district , as district so far has no representation in Cabinet , even being Capital district , where Jammu district has representaion in name of Satish Sharma.

Sources said that depending upon whether GA Mir or Tariq Karra comes in to Ministry , the second name will be decided by NC think tank for Ministry (from North or South Kashmir).
