Baramulla, June 30: The volleyball courts of Varmul Gindo 2025 have turned into a battleground of brilliance as girls from across the district put up electrifying performances, redefining the spirit of the game and the potential of young female athletes.
The tournament opened with Elite VB Club defeating Welkin School 3–1 on June 24, setting the tone for intense matchups. Spartan Bla followed with a surprising straight-sets win over S.P. College Roomi on June 25. In a nail-biting match on June 26, Govt. D.C. Bla edged out Khelo India A 2–1. The quarterfinals wrapped up with Khelo India B stunning St. Joseph School 2–0 on June 27.
The semifinals saw Elite VB Club outshine Spartan Bla 2–0 with dominant net play, while Khelo India B mounted a dramatic comeback to defeat Govt. D.C. Bla 2–1 in a thrilling three-set showdown.
Now, all eyes are on the grand finale on June 30, as Elite VB Club locks horns with Khelo India B in what promises to be a high-octane clash of skill, strategy, and sheer determination.
