However, the completion of the Z-Morh Tunnel on the Srinagar-Leh Highway marks a new revolution for the economy, tourism, and defense in J&K and Ladakh, as it holds greater strategic importance than other tunnels in the region.It is noteworthy that the Congress regime at the Centre approved all these tunnels during its tenure, with Congress leaders laying their foundations.
