Muhammad Yakub Dunoo, NLP Central Kashmir Incharge, Commends Smile Foundation for Distributing Marriage Assistance Kits to Orphaned and Deserving Girls in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 22: Muhammad Yakub Dunoo, Incharge of Central Kashmir for the National Loktantrik Party (NLP), lauded the efforts of Smile Foundation and Nurul Huda for their joint initiative in distributing marriage assistance kits to orphaned and deserving girls at Nakashpora Berbershah, Srinagar. The program, which was aimed at supporting vulnerable girls in preparation for their marriages, saw the distribution of 60 kits, each containing essential items required for the occasion.

The event marked an important step toward supporting orphaned and underprivileged girls, ensuring that they are not left alone during one of the most important milestones in their lives. The kits provided practical assistance and included household and personal items necessary for marriage.

Mohammad Yakub Dunoo, while addressing the gathering, expressed his deep appreciation for the work being done by both organizations. “I am happy to see people working for the welfare of the poor. Their dedication to serving the most deserving members of society is truly commendable,” he stated.
