The former MLA from Kokernag, who resigned from the J&K Apni Party last Friday, is likely to join the Indian National Congress at its party headquarters in Srinagar. The state president of the party, Mr. Tariq Hameed Qarra, and the General Secretary of AICC, Mr. G. M. Mir, are expected to attend the joining program.
