Organized by the Indian Army as part of Operation Sadbhavana, this two-day tour, from November 6-7, offers these young students a unique opportunity to connect with India’s legacy of bravery and sacrifice, fostering a deeper appreciation for the courage of our soldiers.

The tour was officially flagged off today from AGS Hajin, marking the beginning of an inspiring journey to the iconic Kargil War Memorial. The group includes thirty-seven girls and fifty-three boys, accompanied by six teachers, ensuring a well-rounded and guided experience.

The Kargil War Memorial, situated in Drass, stands as a testament to the valor and sacrifice of the soldiers who gave their lives during the 1999 Kargil War. This visit will provide students with valuable insights into India’s military heritage and the importance of duty, honor, and patriotism.
