BJP Organizes Free Medical Camp and Organizational Review in Kulgam

KULGAM, September 20, 2025 – The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today held a free medical camp and an organizational review meeting in Kulgam, South Kashmir, as part of the ongoing “Seva Pakhwada” (Service Fortnight).

​The medical camp, inaugurated by Ashok Koul, BJP General Secretary (Organization) for J&K, took place at the District Hospital Kulgam. The event aimed to provide free consultations, medicines, and health check-ups to local residents, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of public service. Doctors, medical staff, and numerous locals participated, benefiting from the services offered.

​During the inauguration, Koul stated, “Seva Pakhwada is an opportunity for all of us to dedicate ourselves to the service of humanity. Our goal is to ensure that no one is left behind when it comes to healthcare, education, and welfare.”

​Following the camp, Koul, along with other senior leaders including J&K BJP General Secretary Anwar Khan, chaired an organizational review meeting at Rest House Chawalgam. The meeting focused on strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots level and boosting booth-level activities. The leaders stressed the importance of connecting with every household to spread the message of development and peace.

​Anwar Khan highlighted the party’s disciplined cadre as its core strength, urging activists to work tirelessly to ensure that welfare programs reach every individual. District President Farooq Ahmad noted the growing acceptance of the BJP in South Kashmir, citing the enthusiasm of local workers as a testament to the party’s increasing bond with the people.

​Several other leaders, including State Secretary Mudasir Wani and Prabhari Kulgam Adv. Syed Wajahat, were also present at the events.
