Soldier on Leave Injured in Terrorist Attack in Tral, Condition Stable

Srinagar, December 4 (TKD): A soldier on leave was injured in a terrorist attack on Wednesday evening in Tral, located in South Kashmir’s Awantipora.

According to a senior police officer, the militants targeted the soldier while he was visiting his home during leave. The soldier sustained a gunshot wound to his leg and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition has been reported as stable, the officer confirmed.

Following the attack, security forces swiftly cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend the attackers. Investigations are underway.
